1.) Re-Order the Correct Part.
2.) Print a copy of Your New Order Confirmation.
PREPARE WRONG PART FOR RETURN TO US:
1.) Pack the Wrong Part for shipment.
2.) Include a copy of the Properly Filled Out RMA Form. (see above).
3.) Include a copy of Your New Order Confirmation.
4.) Our Mailing and UPS Addresses are on the RMA Form.

Before 15 Days:
Part(s) Returned Within 15 Days of Date of Shipment To Customer.
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 15 days from invoice date for a refund (excluding 6% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.
Between 16-30 Days:
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 16 to 30 days From Date of Shipment To Customer for a refund (excluding 10% of Total for Transaction Fees and our Shipping & Handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00.
A 30% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping & handling costs if a similar part is not reordered.
Our Mailing and UPS Address is on the RMA Form.

ALL OTHER BRANDS - 90 Days From Date of Shipment To Customer.
Parts Damaged In Transit:
If You Receive a Part(s) that has been Damaged in Transit:
1.) Immediately Contact the Shipping Company (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS) with Your Information.
2.) Contact Us via Email of Phone (941)639-1978 Between The Hours Of 9am-1pm Eastern Time Monday - Friday (Have your order information on hand)
3.) Once the Damage Claim Process has been Started, We Will Make Arraignments To Have A Replacement Part(s) Shipped to You.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, ATTACHED, OR USED!!
We Do Not Accept Returns:
1.) For Parts Damaged By The Customer.
2.) Shipped to us By The Customer (that have been damaged in transit to us!)
