The Fastest Way for You to Get the Correct Part:
1.) Re-Order the Correct Part.
2.) Print a copy of Your New Order Confirmation.
PREPARE WRONG PART FOR RETURN TO US:
1.) Pack the Wrong Part for shipment.
2.) Include a copy of the Packing Slip that Came with the Wrong Part.
3.) Include a copy of Your New Order Confirmation.
4.) Include a Note with the Your Return that has:
a) Your Name
b) Daytime Phone
c) Model Number of Appliance
d) Serial Number of Appliance
e) Reason for return
5.) Our Mailing and UPS Address is Below.
Returning a Part for 90 Day Warranty:
1.) Pack the Warranty Part for shipment.
2.) Include a copy of the Packing Slip that Came with the Wrong Part.
3.) Include a Note with Your Return that has:
a) Your Name
b) Daytime Phone
c) Model Number of Appliance
d) Serial Number of Appliance
e) Include a Check or Money Order for Return Shipping.
4.) Customer is Responsible for Shipping Costs To and From Us.
5.) Our Mailing and UPS Address is Below.
Parts Return Before 15 Days:
You can return any Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened part (In Original Packaging) within 15 days from invoice date for a refund (excluding 6% Fees and our shipping & handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00.
A 20% Restocking Fee will apply along with our shipping costs if a similar part is not reordered.
Parts Return After 15 Days and up to 30 Days:
You can return Un-Used - Un-Installed - Un-Opened parts after 15 days and up to 30 days for a refund (excluding 30% restocking fee and our shipping & handling costs) Minimum charge $5.00.
Electrical parts (Including Ice Makers & Water Valves), gas parts, special order parts & Parts used in applications for purposes other than what the Mfg. Intended are Not Refundable!
No Parts Returns for Refunds will be Accepted after 30 days from Packing Slip Date.
Parts Damaged In Transit:
If You Receive a Part(s) that has been Damaged in Transit:
1.) Immediately Contact the Shipping Company (UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS) with Your Information.
2.) Contact Us via Phone 9am-1pm Eastern Time (Have your order information on hand)
3.) Once the Damage Claim Process has been Started, Another Part(s) Will be Shipped to You.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, ATTACHED, OR USED!!
RETURNS:
We Do Not Accept Returns:
1.) For Parts Damaged By The Customer.
2.) Shipped to us By The Customer (that have been damaged in transit to us!)
Customer is Responsible For item(s) Once they Receive them from us!
